We currently deliver across India. Our services cover both urban and rural areas, ensuring that our products reach customers no matter where they are located. However, there may be certain remote areas where delivery services are limited. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you before you place your order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹ 500.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹ 500, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 50 will apply.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not provide international shipping services. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Express Delivery: If you choose express delivery, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply for express delivery.
  • Order Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to track the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputable courier partners such as InstaCourier, BlueDart, FedX to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. The shipping partner assigned to your order will depend on your location and the size/weight of the package.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or unexpected courier issues may cause delays. We will notify you in case of any such delays and keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • Undeliverable Packages: In cases where the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

In the event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the package is lost or damaged, you will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product, along with photos of the damage.

8. Order Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled or modified before they have been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations or changes are not possible.
